Forever’s Be Resolute campaign has seen a strong start this January, but we’re not stopping there!

February is all about staying strong despite your setbacks. You’ve learned some great behaviours throughout January – don’t let them go to waste. Keep pushing and build on those healthy habits. Then in March, it’s all about finishing strong – or at least reaching that first milestone on a journey to a healthier, happier you. This is not the time to give up – if you’ve achieved your original goals, then set yourself new ones.
